Formed in 2003, The New Gamer was established to provide a different critical perspective on videogames. We scrutinize the whole game, what it has to say, how the separate elements effect the player, and what each game brings to the burgeoning field of interactive entertainment. I'm loving the achievements for the TMNT arcade game, they make a great game even better! It's especially nice since they've given you unlimited continues and essentially killed the challenge of beating the game, so at least there's the achievement points to hit.
