Formed in 2003, The New Gamer was established to provide a different critical perspective on videogames. We scrutinize the whole game, what it has to say, how the separate elements effect the player, and what each game brings to the burgeoning field of interactive entertainment. I've got Psychonauts half done, I won't move forward in Guitar Hero until I 5-star everything, Wipeout: Pure is still sitting there, I'm not really sure if Monser Hunter ever ends, and I've never actually been able to get to the end of Einhander. I've got Jade Empire, Fatal Frame 2, KoToR 2, and Black waiting around to me to crack open. I still want to play the episodes of HL:2. I need to finish Gears, but I sorta gotta get home for that.
Basically, I need to make a concentrated effort to stop nursing/milking games and go ahead and finish them.
