Good list. I don't think there IS a UK equivalent of Gamefly, so forget that. I import enough titles to keep me happy - I'm not as interested in bizarro games as you are, but I also got Ouendan and truly love it. Something rings true in the third point, but my brother simply buys games that are widely recognised as "good" regardless of the genre and if they're multiplayer, makes me play them. The same goes for the missed classics. And on the final point, I think that is mostly a side-effect of your position. I rarely buy anything when it first comes out so I get the benefit of two dozen reviews anyway.

All that said, my resolution is to actually finish games. Nowadays I tend to finish most games that I buy - simply because they're often shorter than they used to be (I'm a big fan of true RPGs, and you don't get many - if any - of those nowadays,) but there are plenty of good games that fell behind the desk, for want of better phrasing. I never completed Sacrifice, for example. Or Arcanum. Or Ghost Master. Or Startopia. Or Ninja Gaiden. Or Splinter Cell. Or Shenmue II.
