Formed in 2003, The New Gamer was established to provide a different critical perspective on videogames. We scrutinize the whole game, what it has to say, how the separate elements effect the player, and what each game brings to the burgeoning field of interactive entertainment. the problem was that only like three games actually utilized the card. It was still a gimmick at the time (at least on the N64)
